Prattle allows you to control Adium from your mobile phone. It allows you to sit on your couch, and receive and answers messages through Adium. To do this, you need to install a plug-in (that comes with Prattle) into Adium. This plug-in starts a Prattle Bluetooth server when Adium starts automatically. Once Adium is running, you connect the Prattle program, on your mobile, to your computer.

Since Prattle uses Bluetooth, both your mobile and your computer must have Bluetooth. In addition, since Prattle is written in Java MIDP 1.0, you need a Java compatible phone.
